DOCUMENT VERIFICATIONChecks of clinic identity, government authorisation, professional registration, insurance evidence and essential documentation.
A new UK-facing directory and clinic verification platform helping patients research dental treatment abroad — while giving international dental clinics a professional presence in the UK.
DentalRegistry is currently in development. Clinic assessments, listings and patient services will launch in phases.
Know what has been checked, how it was assessed and whether a clinic has undergone an independent on-site inspection.
Each level describes the depth of verification undertaken — from essential document checks to independent physical inspection. Patients should always be able to see precisely what each status means.
Checks of clinic identity, government authorisation, professional registration, insurance evidence and essential documentation.
Level 1 checks plus structured desktop evidence review, live virtual assessment and additional patient journey and governance checks.
Levels 1 and 2 plus an independent on-site inspection covering the clinic's facilities, clinical governance and patient safety systems.
All listed clinics will be expected to meet mandatory legal, licensing, insurance and patient-protection requirements. Higher levels indicate more extensive assessment, not a different minimum standard of safety. These are proposed levels; no accreditation is being awarded through this preview.
Our proposed certificates will identify the exact clinic location, assessment level, verification date and status. Each valid certificate will eventually connect to a live public verification record.
This example uses Turuncu Dental Clinic in Antalya to demonstrate how a Level 3 certificate could look. It is a visual sample only, not evidence that the clinic has been assessed or accredited.
Learn about founding participation →DentalRegistry is being developed as a B2B membership and services platform. Overseas clinics will be able to establish a UK-facing presence, showcase their credentials and offer patients clearer ways to contact them.
No guaranteed leads or bookings. Enquiries and calls received through DentalRegistry can be forwarded to the relevant clinic, but membership is not sold on the promise of a particular enquiry volume.
Enquire about founding membership →Please ensure your email application is configured to receive enquiries at smile@dentalregistry.co.uk.
Our planned public directory will make it easier to compare overseas dental clinics, understand their assessment status and explore treatment information before making contact.
Find overseas clinics with transparent profiles, credentials, treatments and assessment levels.
See which documents were verified, whether remote checks took place and whether the facility received an on-site audit.
Request information or a virtual consultation directly with the clinic. The treating clinic remains responsible for its clinical advice and treatment.
We're inviting established international dental clinics to express interest in helping pilot the DentalRegistry platform and assessment framework. Participation does not guarantee verification or accreditation.
